Issues with Patch 0.3.0.0

Hi people.
This morning as i tried to start up my HoN, i couldn't log on. This happened because the Staff of S2 Games were resetting the servers for the new update:
Patch 0.3.0.0
As i finally logged in, there was another problem:
The game crashed, as i tried to update and after i Googled the problem, i read in many threads and blogs about other people having this problem too.
So in case the same happens if you want to update, you will have to download the latest installer from this page:
http://dl.heroesofnewerth.com/HoNClient-0.3.0.exe

for some reason it will only download to 14mb and then it stops
