Yeah just practice. Make sure your playing GOOD clanners as well. no non-clanner/clanner noobs.

This tells you exactly what is required.
You need to start doing screenshots and posting them
Go to photobucket.com and register an account with them
This is your second most important website as a clan member - not only of TDT but any clan you join especially playing total war games and others like dota.
Once you have an account you can upload screenshots and then post them to the forum for us to know that a) you are playing games and b) you are winning.

To take screenshots you need a program like fraps which allows you to take screenshots - I believe GSC also allows to take screenshots - check out your settings.
